Carlos (Oscar-nominated Demián Bichir) is an undocumented Mexican gardener trying to provide for his son, and keep him out of the kind of trouble that hangs around every corner of his neighborhood in East L.A. This is a timely film as the rhetoric on immigration policies and practices heats up. Directed by Chris Weitz (The Twilight Saga: New Moon, American Pie, and About a Boy).
