Open to the entire BCC campus and community members who belong to the Paterson Field House.
Mon. & Wed. (starting Jan. 28)
30 Minute ABS of Steel
Get ABS of steel by working every angle of your core. This class goes beyond basic crunches and sit-ups. It will focus on deep inner core muscles, improved posture, and stability.

30 Minute Cardio Blast
This heart healthy class focuses on cardiorespiratory endurance. Activities include: treadmills, ellipticals, bikes and more. Challenge yourself to "fun" interval workouts.

30 Minute Stretch "X"
The beauty of flexibility is freedom of movement. "Stop hurting yourself!" By using stability balls, foam rollers, and thera-bands you will increase your range of motion, improve your posture and maximize your workouts.

Please come prepared to exercise. Bring sneakers and water. All levels of ability welcome.Walk-ins welcome!
