All full-time, day students (12 credits or more) and all full- and part-time students in Nursing and Allied Health programs, regardless of year of birth; and all foreign-born students, are required to present evidence of:
- A booster dose of Td (tetanus and diphtheria) within the last 10 years
- Two doses of live measles vaccine (given at least one month apart beginning at or after 12 months of age)
- At least two doese of mumps vaccine
- One dose of rubella vaccine
- Completed series of three Hepatitis B vaccines
Nursing and Allied Health program students and all foreign-born students must have current Tuberculosis testing.
Students must complete nd return the immun ization form included in their welcome packet to the Immunizations Records Office (A-117) before the first day of classes. Failure to return the form will be subject to the student to withdrawal from the college.
