"Preparing for Exams"
An overview of various success strategies for exam
preparation, including; organizing materials, studying from tests and notes,
effective study aids, when & where to study, and your preferred study style.
How many times have you heard yourself say, "I'm so stressed out. I just don't
know what to do."? The reality is that we can't avoid stressors especially when
we're juggling school, work, family, etc.
The key is to find ways to manage your response to these stressors.
Come learn strategies and techniques that will help you know what to do
to calm down and effectively manage feeling "stressed out".
