The Community Health Worker (CHW) certificate program trains public health professionals who can offer a range of services including outreach, local health care system and resource navigation, community and individual public health assessment, health education and counseling on a variety of social and health issues.

Recommended Schedule

Learn a range of services including:

Berkshire Community College has developed the program to closely match the requirements suggested by the Massachusetts Board of Certification of Community Health Workers and American Public Health Association.
