College Bookstore

Welcome!

The Follett College Bookstore offers a number of services to students, faculty and staff. In addition to required textbooks, the store sells a wide variety of other items including art supplies, clothing, candy, novelties, office supplies, reference books and health products. Postage stamps and all kinds of BCC insignia items are also available.

Financial aid recipients who have remaining funds after tuition and fees are covered may charge books and essential supplies against their remaining balance during the week prior to the start of classes and the first three weeks of the semester.

Students can sell their textbooks back anytime the book store is open

Return Policy

Textbooks are returnable for full refund within the first two weeks of each semester, until the last day of add/drop. Returns for refund MUST be accompanied by the receipt. Refunds will only be made to the original method of payment. New texts MUST be in new, resalable condition (no marks on pages, no scratched or bent covers, pages, or spines, unopened if shrink-wrapped). Textbooks that have been damaged or written in and accompanied by a register receipt within the fifteen day period may be refunded at 50% of purchase price depending upon the condition of the book and whether or not it can be resold. The College Store will determine the sellable condition and refund status of all textbooks. If a textbook is purchased after the add/drop period, the text is returnable within two business days.

Financial Aid Charging Period

Eligible students will be allowed to charge books and supplies against their Financial Aid awards one week prior to the semester opening and during the first three weeks of classes. There will be no charges allowed beyond the closing date.
