Incumbent Worker Training

A workforce development grant was awarded by the Division of Employment and Training Massachusetts Workforce Training Fund to bring incumbent workers onto TechPath via the Applied Engineering Technology Preparation Program. This was the largest DET grant awarded in Massachusetts in the amount of $230,000. Thirty-nine (39) students graduated from this 11/2 year-long program in June, 2001. Many of these students will enter into an Applied Engineering Technology Certificate Program.
