National Voting Rights Institue

to challenging the constitutionality of the current campaign finance
system across the country. The Institute argues that todays
system of privately-financed election campaigns operates as the
newest wealth barrier in the political process. Through litigation
and public education, the Institute has redefined the campaign finance
question as a basic voting rights issue.
