NEW FOR 2007/2008:

Four New Database Acquisitions: CREDO Reference database and Facts on File's American History Online, American Women's History and African American History Online.

CREDO
is the world's largest online reference service featuring over 250 full-text reference titles covering all subject areas with over 3 million entries from 57 highly-respected publishers all integrated in a robust search engine. Use this database to find reference material including world, state, and county statistics, interactive world atlas, flash animations, videos, poetry/literature readings, o over 200,000 audio pronunciations, and a citation formatter in APA, MLA, and Chicago formats.

Facts On Files American History Online, American Women's History Online, African-American History Online. All three provide Provides expansive and in-depth information on the people, events, and topics important to the study of history. These sites include biographical information, primary sources, maps and timelines, and unique "learning centers" to help researchers searching for initial results. You can browse by topic or time period too!

Visit our database page to check these wonderful new resources out! Remember to log on using the remote link if you are off campus. A Jonathan Edwards Library Card is necessary to access databases from off campus.
