How to Best Recruit BCC's Best and Brightest

For Employers

Berkshire Community College students can be valuable assets for employers here in the Western Massachusetts area as well as nationally.  We welcome your partnership in offering our students and alumni connections to your organization.  If you have an interest in reaching our students, there are several ways to do so:

  • Full-time and Part-time positions may be advertised to the students by sending position descriptions via email to the Career Development Center (jcornman@berkshirecc.edu). These descriptions will be posted on the job board in the student lounge. Position descriptions will remain advertised for 30 days unless you indicate an earlier expiration date. Internships, summer and volunteer positions may also be posted here.  To learn more about current salaries being offered, click here.
  • To schedule on-campus recruiting, contact Lorel Maynard at 413-236-1605, who will establish a date for you to visit our campus, arrange for a recruiting table in the Student Lounge for maximum traffic and publicize your presence on campus.
  • For selected employers with multiple internship or job opportunities, group information sessions may be coordinated by our office. Please contact John Cornman at 413/236-1611 for more information about this program.
