Free vaccine clinics for H1N1 influenza.

All clinics are free and open to the public.  No appointment is necessary.   Wearing loose clothing and a tee shirt is recommended.  Also, bring your vaccination card if you have one.    Clinic dates and times:   Tuesday  February 2, 2010  3:00 PM - 6:00 PM   Thursday  February 4, 2010  9:00 AM - 1:00 PM.  Practical nursing students, associate degree nursing students and faculty from both programs will be assisting at the clinics. The clinics will take place in Melville Hall, Rooms 204 and 206. Consent forms are required and can be downloaded at the City of Pittsfield website by clicking here.  Forms will also be available to fill out at the time of the clinic, however, bringing completed forms with you will help to expedite the process.
