BCC to Offer Management Workshops this Spring in South County
Feb 2, 2012
The following managerial workshops will be held at the South County Center of Berkshire Community College (BCC) this spring.

"How Behavior Impacts Management, Impacts Performance" (WKS-2514) introduces a pattern of behavior which follows participants through life and explains why people do what they do. This pattern forms the basis for a proven management system which will show how to improve performance in any of the hundreds of variables that impact quantity, quality, timeliness and cost. This workshop is presented through lectures, illustrations and games. This one-session class meets Saturday, March 9, from 9:00 AM through 12:00 PM. Cost for registration is $30.

"Managing People to Their Potential" (WKS-4300) shows managers how to create an environment in which people perform their best. Participants learn how to foster beliefs, high achievement drive and motivation in their employees. Discover why ethical, value driven behaviors along with respect and responsibility are good for a business/organization and how managers can maximize their employees' productivity. Classes meet Wed. and Fri., March 14 through March 23, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Cost for registration is $250.
