The SABES PD Communication Center collaborated with ACLS on a video and companion brochure featuring three student success stories from across Massachusetts. Martha Escobar, a former student of BCC's Adult Learning Program shares her success story in this video.

Martha Escobar is studying psychology at Berkshire Community College. She completed English for Speakers of Other Languages classes at BCC’s South County Center site. After graduating, Martha plans to pursue a master’s degree in counseling and hopes her teenage daughter will follow in her mother’s footsteps and pursue a master’s degree, too.
