Lost Coin Women's Fund, Inc. Scholarship

  • Award Amount: $2,500
  • Deadline: Monthly

    Each month CompareCards will award $2,500 to any qualifying college (or college bound) student in need who can answer a tricky trivia question. Using their best pop culture and math skills, and probably a bit of help from Professor Google, students should be able to answer a series of questions to arrive at a final answer in no time! After the submission, CompareCards will gather all the correct answers and a tiebreaker question will be emailed, with a link to submit the answer. Students who submit the correct tiebreaker answer will be entered into a random drawing and one winner will be selected.

  • To be awarded a $2,500 scholarship, you MUST meet the following criteria:
  • Scholarship entry form must be filled out completely and accurately. Upon winning the scholarship, proof of enrollment must be provided. If you have yet to enroll in college, the scholarship award will be held for up to one calendar year until proof of enrollment can be provided.
  • All entrants must be enrolled in a two-year or four-year college or university, or be planning to attend college within one calendar year.
  • No entrant can win more than two (2) scholarships in any calendar year.
  • All decisions made by CompareCards are considered final.
  • One entry per person
  • If you are selected, you must agree to submit a picture of yourself holding your scholarship award check, with a brief statement about how the award will help you manage your college expenses.

  • Must be less than 25 years of age and enrolled full time
  • Open to anyone enrolled full time
  • To enter participants must write an essay that is no less than 1,200 words on “Investing for young adults”. The essay should address, but is not limited to the following points: "Is there an ideal age to begin investing?", "The challenges faced by young investors," "What are the benefits of investing when young?", "What types of investments are good for young investors?"

  • All Big Y employees are eligible regardless of their residency

The Scholarship for Tomorrow’s Entrepreneur

  • Applicant must be graduating High School’s Senior Class in 2014 or currently enrolled in a college of business with a 3.0 or higher GPA
  • Applicant must demonstrate high ambition and desire to be an entrepreneur or business owner and must have a major in the college of Business
  • Funds must be used for full-time enrollment at accredited two or four-year college, university, vocational or technical school in the U.S.

The $1,000 Active Calendar Scholarship 2015

  • At Active Data, we are big believers in higher education, so we started a little college scholarship program to help one student make their college experience more affordable. If you are a college student or are soon to become one, entering is easy.

  • The Nissenbaum Law Group, a multi-state law firm with a focus in Internet law, has established the Nissenbaum Internet Law Scholarship. It is geared to undergraduate and post-graduate students of an American scholastic institution. The two winners will each receive a $500 scholarship. The Chicago Injury Center is proud Scholarships for disabled US Veterans

  • Award Amount: $250 - $1000
  • Deadline: June 1, 2015
  • Applicants should write a 500+ word essay discussing the unique challenges they have faced as a disabled veteran and how their experiences have prepared them to overcome the challenges they will see as students.

The Expert Institute's Annual Healthcare and Life Sciences Scholarship
