Money Management for Life - Course

Guardian is providing the Money Management for Life (BUS-139) three-credit course free of charge to select, qualified BCC students. The course will cover strategies to help you understand how to manage budgets, expenses and debt; save and invest for the future; plan for the unexpected; and establish personal financial plans to achieve your goals.

To be eligible to take this course, you must:

  • Be currently enrolled at BCC and available when the class meets
  • Have skills prerequisites of ENG-020 and MAT-018
  • Have a cumulative GPA of 2.0
  •  Be a United States citizen or permanent resident

The course’s in-depth lesson plans and presentations will give you the chance to learn about key personal finance issues that could impact your overall financial health. Additionally, the course will educate and arm you with the critical skills and knowledge you need to manage your personal finances throughout the various stages of your lives.
