Berkshire County Fair Chance Hiring Job and Resource Fair

The Fair Chance Hiring Job and Resource Fair will be held on Wednesday, April 29, 2026, 12 – 2 p.m. at the Berkshire Innovation Center.

Join us for the Fair Chances Hiring Job And Resource Fair from 12 – 2 p.m. at the Berkshire Innovation Center, 45 Woodlawn Ave, Pittsfield, MA 01201. This event is hosted by Berkshire Community College (BCC), in collaboration with Berkshire County Jail and House of Correction, 2nd Street, the Berkshire District Attorney’s Office, MassHire Berkshire Career Center, MassAbility, the Berkshire Innovation Center, and Old Colony.

The job fair is free and open to the public. Formerly incarcerated individuals, including those who may have been justice involved and/or who have a Criminal Offender Record Information (CORI) file, are particularly encouraged to attend.

Employers

Area employers who are interested in participating in the fair must complete the employer registration in advance. The registration deadline is April 27, 2026, or until filled. Employers must have open positions they are seeking to fill immediately and must have a second chances/CORI-friendly hiring policy.

Transportation

2nd Street will offer free shuttle service to the fair from the following locations in North Adams and Pittsfield.

Shuttle service begins at 10:45 a.m.
