Understand the fundamental principles of mixology, bar organization and equipment. Learn to properly prepare and serve mixed drinks, cocktails and wines. Review the legal ramifications of serving laws. You must be 18 years old and have a valid Massachusetts ID to take this workshop.

This certification is a food safety credential that verifies a person's knowledge and skills to manage food safety in a foodservice operation. The certification is offered by the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation (NRAEF) and is accredited by the American National Accreditation Board (ANAB). The certification is intended for restaurant owners, managers, and employees who are responsible for food safety in the workplace. This certification in valid for five years.
