You are responsible to pay any balance due on your account that is not covered by financial aid, or that is the result of a change in your enrollment or eligibility for aid.
To accept a student loan offer, please visit the MyBCC Portal and log in with your MyBCC account info (this is your s# with a lower case "s" - if you have trouble with this, please call the Digital Commons 413-236-2165). Once logged-in, find the "Financial Aid" tile and click on "My Awards." To request a new loan please select “Financial Information” on the left side of the screen and then “Request a New Loan”.
