Transcripts

A BCC transcript is a copy of a student's permanent record; A chronological listing of all the credit courses attempted by a student at Berkshire Community College including the grade received, credits earned and grade point average.

Students that want to obtain a copy of their transcript for informational, advising, transfer or employment purposes have a few options depending on the purpose.

BCC has partnered with Parchment to provide official transcripts to students.

Unofficial Transcripts
An unofficial transcript contains the same information as the official transcript but is not printed on security paper and does not carry the college seal or Registrar's signature. To request an unofficial transcript please fill out the Student request form. Fill out the top – if you do not  know your student ID#, please provide the last four of your social security number and your birthdate. Check off unofficial transcript and indicate the email where you want the unofficial transcript sent. Email the form to the Registrar's Office. If you are unable to print the form, please write the information on a piece of paper, sign it, take a photo/scan and send to the Registrar's Office.
WebAdvisor Transcripts
Students enrolled at BCC since the Spring 2007 semester can use the "Transcript" menu item of their WebAdvisor account to view or print a list of their attempted coursework, grades received and cumulative grade point average.
