Training for Intervention Procedures (TIPS) Certification

The TIPS program is a comprehensive skills-based training initiative meticulously crafted to mitigate the risks associated with intoxication, underage drinking, and impaired driving. This program equips participants, particularly those in bartender/server roles, with indispensable knowledge of pertinent regulations and guidelines, thereby transforming them into adept professionals capable of fostering a safer environment for alcohol service. Through TIPS, attendees acquire strategic techniques for responsible alcohol service, cultivate a heightened sense of professionalism, and refine their customer service proficiencies. This training not only enhances one's ability to navigate challenging situations effectively but also elevates overall job performance, rendering participants more competitive and appealing candidates within the alcohol industry job market.
