Access to the BCC campus is currently restricted.
All visitors must fill out the Campus Access Request Form at least 24 hours prior
to arriving on campus:

Covid-19 Policies

Hours and Information regarding on-campus support services:
The College is open on a limited basis, but most of the student support services are being offered remotely or we are inviting students to make appointments to come to the College so as to continue to practice social distancing.
Please note that as of May 6, 2020, all residents are required to wear face masks
in public places; this includes the BCC campus.

Digital Commons
The Digital Commons is available to help from 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Please make an
appointment to access technology by contacting the Digital Commons team.
WiFi Availability on Campus - Parking Lots
If you don't have stable Internet access, you can drive to the College and hop on
the College's WiFi from your car. Just use the map above to note where the WiFi signal
is strongest from the parking lots.
The Jonathan Edwards Library is available to help from 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Monday-Friday.
Our librarians, Karen and Andrea are here to help you with your reference and research
needs so please contact them by phone at 412-236-2157, by email at Reference@berkshirecc.edu, by Text at 413-650-1275, or through our Chat Box located on the BCC Library webpage. We can also provide one-on-one Zoom sessions by appointment.

Tutoring
Remote Tutoring (via Zoom Meeting or email) is available from Monday through Friday.
Please email Tutorial Services (tutorial@berkshirecc.edu) for information. To request a tutor, complete the Request For Tutor form.
Campus Cupboard Food Pantry
The Campus Cupboard is still available by appointment, just contact Deborah Carderella at 413-236-1602 to schedule an appointment.
CARES Act Relief Funds
The CARES Act grant provided to BCC makes funds available for students whose lives
and educations have been disrupted by Covid-19 for necessary supplies, including computer
equipment, internet access, medical care costs, and more.
Bookstore
The Bookstore is open Mon. - Fri. from 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. Curbside pick up is available.
Student Financial Services
Student Financial Services has gone to remote meetings, but someone is available to
help between 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Please contact Student Financial Services to schedule

Student Enrollment Services
Student Enrollment Services has gone to remote meetings, but someone is available
to help between 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Please contact Student Enrollment Services to

Student Engagement Center
Please contact the Student Engagement Center to schedule a remote meeting.
Testing Center
Remote proctoring is an option for students who would like to test as soon as is possible.
To be able to engage in remote proctoring, a student will need a computer or laptop
that has a camera. Phones are not recommended. A student will need to provide a full
name, date of birth, email, phone number and whether they have taken the test before.

Personal Counseling

The Writing Center
The Online Writing Center tutors are available for virtual appointments and reviewing
papers.
