Food Services

Almost all of the containers used in the cafeteria are compostable or recyclable! Please help Berkshire Community College (BCC) reach our goal of Zero Waste — learn more about composting and recycling on campus.

  • Food service availability: Monday – Friday
  • Location: General Bartlett Room – Burke's Café

Breakfast and Lunch

Breakfast and lunch options are available on a first-come, first-served basis:

  • 8 to 10:30 a.m. – Breakfast (breakfast sandwich and coffee)
  • 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m – Lunch (sandwich or salad)

  • Burke's Café Catering

    Burke's Café is our catering vendor for all on-campus events.

    There is a new Burke's Café Catering Menu (PDF)! Please discard all other forms.

    • Catering requests should be submitted at least 24 hours in advance, however, 48 hours is preferred. Burke's Café will respond to your catering request within 48 hours.
    • If they are unable to support your catering request, an outside food vendor can be used. When using an outside food vendor, all paper products, cookies, chips, salads and drinks should be ordered through Burke's Café, when possible.
    • To submit a catering request, please complete a Burke's Café Catering Menu sheet (PDF) and click Submit.
    • Invoices may be paid by check request or by using a PO. Credit cards will not be accepted.
    • Any catering questions should be directed to Ajayi Jackson at ecafe335@epicureanfeast.com.
    • Please remember to also complete a Facilities Use Form for your event.

    Snack Baskets

    • Free snack items and refilled on Mondays. Located in the SBA Lounge, One Stop, J.E. Library, Connector, and fourth floor of Hawthorne Hall. Sponsored by the Campus Cupboard and Student Engagement Office.
  • Campus Cupboard: Grab and Go Items
    • Free grab-and-go shelf-stable lunch options for anyone in need are located in the SBA Lounge and Campus Cupboard. Additional items are also available in the Campus Cupboard. Check out the Campus Cupboard website.
  • Vending Machines and Microwaves on Campus

    Need a quick snack/meal or beverage on the go? Below are locations for vending machines on BCC's Main Campus.

    Koussevitzky Arts Center

    • Large snack machine — large assortment of cupcakes, cookies, chips, pretzels, and candy.
    • Fresh food machine — muffins, assorted milk, mixed fruit, applesauce, assorted yogurt and pudding. Also, assorted soup and a selection of sandwiches including tuna salad, chicken salad, ham and cheese, turkey and cheese.
