Berkshire Community College (BCC) will host the first ever BCC Players’ Alumni Reunion Luncheon here on campus on the Boland Theater stage on Sunday, October 1st at 11:30 a.m.
The BCC Players are the hands-on training component of the theatre program at the College and also a group of theater alumni and current students who have been participating in the theater programming as far back as the 1970s.
A few dozen theater alum will come together for lunch, networking, and the unveiling of the new sign for the theater – naming it the Boland Theater. Some alumni who are participating in the reunion performed in BCC shows when the College was still in downtown Pittsfield.
Sunday, October 1st Program of Events:
- 11:00AM: Doors open. You'll have time to enjoy displays from shows past, and general mingling and mirth-making.
- 1:00PM: Lunch on the stage at The Boland Theatre during which BCC's President, Ellen Kennedy, offers welcome remarks and a brief update on BCC happenings. Purchase luncheon tickets here (, reservations required.
- 1:30PM: Tribute to Bob Boland, and unveiling of new signage for The Boland Theatre. All are welcome, even if you aren't able to join us for lunch.
