Wellness Day

4th Annual Wellness Day at BCC

Saturday, April 27, 2019, 10:00 am–2:00 pm
Paterson Field House Gym, BCC Main Campus

Hosted by Berkshire Community College’s Physical Therapist Assistant Program.

The day will be filled with activities such as chair massages, sample exercise classes, food sampling, a mini farmers market, raffles, educational booths and screenings on how to care for yourself and loved ones.

The event is free to the public, with nominal fees for massages ($5) and exercise classes ($5).

All proceeds of the entire day's event go to United Cerebral Palsy of Berkshire County.

    Jess Levy is a massage therapist, yoga instructor and student of life. Currently, she is studying biology at BCC; an endeavor driven by her curiosity to always learn more about health, balance, wellness and being human. Come join Jess and practice mindfulness through breath guided Mediation in Motion

    1:30 pm — Line Dancing

    Joanna Wagner is an instructor at 2 Flights Up at 399 1/2 Main St in Dalton, MA. She has been assisting with teaching since 2017 and she loves teaching the newest and the classic line dances. Joanna believes that dancing is healthy for your mind, body & soul. Joanna has a few dances ready to teach and dance with you. All ages are welcome to come and join Joanna as she teaches you to line dance step by step.
