Presidential Search Finalists

Berkshire Community College (BCC) has advanced to the next phase of its presidential search and announced four finalists who will participate in on-campus interviews and community forums in the coming weeks.

Following a comprehensive and highly competitive review process, the Presidential Search Committee selected the finalists from a strong pool of applicants. Candidates were evaluated using the Presidential Profile, which was developed through extensive listening sessions and conversations with members of the BCC campus community.

Members of the campus community are encouraged to participate in open forums with each finalist, which will provide opportunities for engagement and feedback throughout the selection process.

The successful candidate will succeed President Ellen Kennedy, who will retire at the end of June 2026 after a distinguished tenure of leadership and service to the College.
