Phase 4 – Design
During Phase 4, the College community used the SMART-IE Goal framework to extrapolate on strategic focus areas that address the equity gaps and support the Goals and Objectives identified in Phase 3.
Fundamental to this phase was the highlighting key performance indicators that ground equity-centered, equity-actioned work of the entire campus community.
